Please note we offer returns for a refund only. We do not offer exchanges due to the limited quantities we produce. If you require a different size or style, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

In order for your item/s to be eligible for a return, the below criteria must be met:

• All pieces must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
• All pieces must be returned un-worn, un-damaged, un-washed and un-altered.

Any item/s that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted, and will be returned at the customers expense.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of swimwear items that do not have the hygiene sticker intact.

Any order purchased with a discount code will be processed for a refund for the amount paid with the discount applied.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, non-creditable and cannot be re-issued.

To initiate a return please fill out our contact form or email us at info@bymadelyn.com with your order number, name of item/s you wish to return and your reason for return, and we will send you a returns authorisation (RA) number. Once your RA Number is received, please send your piece back to us at:

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues. By Madelyn cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for us to process your refund. We will notify you once your return is complete.
